DESCRIPTION:The UMAC Nottingham BJJ Open LL takes place on Sunday\, November 8th\, 2026\, starting at 9am. This Gi and No-Gi event follows IBJJF rules and welcomes Children\, Juveniles\, and Adults from green belt through black belt.\n\n**Competition format varies by division size:** best of 3 for two fighters\, round robin for three\, single elimination with consolation brackets for larger fields\, and single elimination for all absolute divisions.\n\n**Prizes include:**\n- Medals for 1st\, 2nd\, 3rd in each division\n- Team trophies for top three teams\n- Fastest submission trophies (Kids and Adults\, Gi and No-Gi)\n- Absolute division trophies (male and female)\n- Super Fight cash prizes: £250 (1st)\, £150 (2nd)\, £100 (3rd)—or alternative prizes if fewer than 20 competitors\n\n**On-site amenities:** Professional photography and videography (free download within 24 hours)\, food vendors including açaí smoothies and Brazilian snacks\, clothing stalls\, first aid team\, and parking.\n\nSuper Fights are available for all adult belts using black belt rules (over 18s only).\n\nSpectator entry is £10 cash only for those attending with a competing child.
