DESCRIPTION:NEWCOMER BATTLE TRIALS 2026 is an open Gi and No-Gi competition welcoming athletes from all federations across seven age divisions: U7\, U10\, U13\, U16\, U18\, and Adults.\n\n**Registration fees:**\n- Single format (Gi or No-Gi): €25–€55 depending on age\n- Both formats: €40–€85\n- Early bird discount (€5–€10) until 31 January\n- Late registration surcharge (€5–€10) from 8–9 March\n- BJJBD members receive an additional €5–€10 discount\n\n**Schedule:**\n- Doors open 9:00\n- Children weigh-in at 9:00\, competition starts approximately 10:00\n- Adults weigh-in at 11:00\, competition starts approximately 11:30\n\n**Important notes:** Children may be shifted to different weight classes if needed. Adults exceeding the 100g weight tolerance are disqualified from that class.
