DESCRIPTION:ADCC German Nationals 2026 brings together grapplers across youth\, adult\, and masters divisions in both Gi and No-Gi formats. Competition follows official ADCC rules with three experience levels: Beginners (under 2 years)\, Intermediate (2+ years)\, and Professionals.\n\n**Competition structure:**\n- Boys and Girls (7-17)\, Women and Men (18+)\, Masters 35+\, Masters 45+\n- Four mats with dedicated warm-up areas\n- Classes with single competitors move to the next category to ensure all athletes compete\n- Girls and Boys under 14 may combine divisions\; Masters can shift age groups if needed\n\n**Weigh-in & schedule:**\n- Friday 18:00–19:00 or Saturday 09:00–12:00 (closes at 12:00)\n- Doors open 09:00\, competition starts 10:00\n- Athletes must weigh-in at least 15 minutes before their division\n\n**Prizes & recognition:**\n- ADCC medals for top 3 in all divisions\n- Championship belts for Professional Adults winners (18-35)\n- Championship rings for Professional Adults and Masters winners\n- Team trophy awarded to the best team (1st = 5 points\, 2nd = 3 points\, 3rd = 1 point)\n\nAll matches are recorded and livestreamed free on www.sportdeutschland.tv.
